its not really woods though... Pretty much undeveloped land with a couple oaks still standing.
Now they do have some sketchy arse residents in the those apts off congress which is right across from the pasture and glasgow.

I followed some Mexicans there one day who were obviously high on something and passed out in the middle of the Perkins/Kenilworth intersection. Called BRPD, followed them to those first apartments on the left off Congress, and BRPD told me if they get back on the road to call them, as if I was supposed to sit there and watch.

How would that work? Bocage Lake is already naturally walled off on three sides by the interstate, Bocage, and those apartments. They just had to put one in the front. Rouzan is wide open.

Totes right.
Willow Grove and Rouzan were approved based largely on NOT gating themselves off from Wimbledon/Oakhills Crossing and Southdowns respectively.
No chance either TND gets a gate.

Rouzan is still right next door to Lee, where there seems to be a break-in every damn day.
I don't think there is any danger to the general public from this. She's probably just a bum who ran off somewhere.
