Can you imagine if it hits that and goes through RI (there’s your first bingo reference of the day) and hits Morgan City as a strong four?

Well there it is. I knew those Morgan City runs would be happening eventually. Pucker your arse New Orleans. Each time I look at this thing it's just worse news.

Would anyone of the weather gurus in here mind giving some schooling on how/to what extent ocean currents affect the formation and/or steering of tropical cyclones?

TIA :)

The loop current is a warm current that flows through the Gulf and goes into the Gulfstream up the east coast.

So its a place with deep and warm water.

Bachelor trip in Grand Isle tomorrow thru Sunday morning… Safe to say I should cancel and move to another weekend?

How soon do the roads start flooding? 80% rain chance everyday thru the weekend.

Just move it starting on Sunday, how many people can say they had a Bachelor party trip that was riding out a Major in Grand Isle, will be epic. Pack an extra Yeti full of booze

House is bay-side, half a mile from the bridge. Sits on 20 ft piers. Sounds like it could be a hell of story we might live to tell…

Best bachelorette party I’ve ever been to was a weekend fishing in Grand Isle.
