Tracking the center on sat when the eye isn't perfectly cleared out won't be perfect.
At this point, let's get recon in there.

I can’t lie. I’m wishing this storm away. I don’t wanna lose my home.

A storm last year caused it to lean ever so slightly. It probably needed some extra bracing which they never put on.
It leaned over because of lack of bracing.

No shame.
It's been very easy to figure out BR or NOLA posters today by which way they "think" it's going.

Duke, looks like it's shaping up a lot in the last hour or so?
I just like comparing my impressions with those of people who know what to look for.

It’s different when you’re just sitting on the sidelines. We lost everything in Katrina. Don’t wanna go through this again.

Yes. You know it.
It's wrapping up a nasty core band too. Intensification is apparently on-going.

Why wouldn't they nudge that part of the inevitable east a bit more? It's still on the west Bank of BR. Or do they see the high pressure push the storm more west just after landfall? Thanks.
No. They aren’t stupid. They shifted it slightly east because they can see the same satellite images we see

Those position plots way more NNW than NW
Yeah… if those Xs are accurate, the spaghetti lines are all irrelevant since they are all really outdated and thus have the incorrect “starting point “ so to speak.
