Seeing reliable rainfall rate reports in the 3-5" per hr range. That is '16 & Harvey type rates.

Stockton NJ - 8.04"
Tower City PA - 7.90"
Lancaster PA - 7.73"
Shiloh PA 7.71"
Hershey PA - 7.11"
Blakeslee PA - 7.07"

Radar estimates already show just under 4” of rain in the last HOUR alone just west of NYC.
I’ve seen these places flood with much lower rainfall rates than this.
Extremely concerned for the NYC metro tonight. I’ve rarely seen flooding like this.
