I think if you put a snake on ice like that it goes into a hibernation like state and is probably docile.

I had one for a while. Fed him mice. Too much trouble though. He kept trying to get out of the fish tank I had him in and I got scared he would succeed. He wasn't quite as big as yours. Have you named him? I called mine fang. I thought that was very original, but others thought it was lame.

That seems like a pretty risky way to get relatives to stop drinking your beer. You can just hide it from them.

I just buy a case of schlitz. I can drink all day & still have a case of schlitz
