A few months ago I had Gastritis, whoa! fml! that was some painful shite! Literally..
Thought it was just a stomach bug, ended up in emergency room.

People suggesting gatorade are either misinformed or assholes. Drinking a ton of sugar is not the way to do it. Pedialyte is the way to go.

Pedialyte is the way to go. However if you love Gatorade just dilute it with water and make it 50/50. I would also find another clinic.

As others have mentioned.. you can only get the stomach bug via someone else's vomit or poo entering your mouth or eyes.
People are fricking gross and don't wash there hands after they use the restroom and spread it via food, door knobs, essentially everything.
I had the stomach bug a few years ago over Christmas break, and I prayed for God to take me. For three days I was either pissing out of my arse or throwing up every 30 minutes. I would go get in the shower just so i could shite on myself and throw up. My stomach and Lower back were in so much pain i couldn't walk for a week. I would sip water then go throw it up, repeat. I probably should have gone to the hospital for fluids.. by day two I was hallucinating.
You think you're never going to get better but eventually you do.. or you go into organ failure and die.
I get anxiety just thinking about it. I don't wish what I had on my worst enemy.
I wash my hands and use Purell everytime I shake someone's hand or before I eat anything.

If dehydration is that bad get someone to go out and get some Pedialite in addition to the Gatoraid. Probably won't but can get bad enough where liquids by mouth don't cut it. Then it's to the clinic/ER for IV fluids. Take care of yourself.

One time I had it and was puking in a trash can while spraying lava out of my arse
Caught a full body cramp from dehydration and looked like one of those pictures of someone with tetanus

Get it every few years or so, and it is the worst. The vomiting usually only lasts for 12-14 hours, but oddly I always seem to throw up every hour almost to the minute. I don’t know if it’s a psychological thing or what. Maybe after the first time it happened it was so weird that now every time I get sick it is stuck in my mind so I hold out until that full hour hits. But you could practically set your clock to it. Every freaking time.

Here's the best advice...
If you think you just need to puke think again. NEVER put you head in the toilet bc you will shite yourself while vomiting. Always have a trashcan next to the toilet and sit your bare arse on the shitter and puke in the garbage can.
You're welcome.
