AF won’t engage unless he is imminently threatening a populated area. If they didn’t immediately shoot down sky king they won’t do it to this guy. I think since we have figured out he’s not a terrorist and just a suicidal guy, ATC might be trying to talk him down like they did with Sky King

He flew within a mile or two of the airport outside New Albany, noped out for more sky donuts, and then did the same thing near Ripley's airport.
He's not attempting a landing.
