Start stealing any iPad you can find.

Eventually you’ll get your’s back.

Kicking myself for that now. It was a gift that was given in a really difficult time and we are all on autopilot for awhile

Yeah man go chase down that tracking signal. Go get into a shoot out over $500 IPad.

ETA: my sympathies with you though. Hopefully the thief gets pulled over by a cop and shot.

If it's on ATT you can have them turn on tracking. I got a stole phone back once by turning on tracking after it was lost. It's been a few years, but the cost to turn on tracking was $9/mo (I only paid one month, so I could get the phone back).

Appreciate it, it's my daughter's. I should have held onto it for her.
I wish it could emit some kind of signal that would ruin the asshat theifs other electronics. Apple needs to get on that one.

The guy that stole it is on video. My hope is he'll be easy to track.

This is seriously how tech dumb i am-
having it on AT&T would mean that we pay for it to have wifi? If so then yea, that's a no on that one too

Nope.

It’s sort of like when cell phones or bicycles get stolen.

It’s put out there as a scare tactic and a selling point that registering your bike or having the tracker/find my iPhone on will locate it.

Nope, that mutha fuk’r is just gone bruh!!!

Here is what I'm saying:

Was the IPAD on a cellular plan? If no, then you're done.

If it was on a cellular plan, get the cell phone company to turn on family tracking or whatever they call it. See if you can locate it. It worked for me.

Appreciate it. No cell plan.

Last hope is if they can track the guy that took it based off of the surveillance camera that caught him. I doubt much will come of it.

Thanks OT
