Stock photo companies are ruining google image search for TD use

I did a quick google image search for "fat woman with apple" for a post on the "apple eating neighbor's wife" thread. A couple of years ago, would have gotten a few usable photos. Now, almost every photo returned from the search is a stock photo from one of the stock photo companies.
I need to find away to eliminate the stock photo companies from these searches.

I just searched bing for fat woman with apple. It has a similar number of stock photos.
How is this such a common theme that they had fat women pose with apples for stock photos?
