So if I made over 100 grand and I'm head of household. I still get the full payment?

If they end up declaring bankruptcy that might not work out so well.

YEP. If you have the option to make a choice, DO ITTT.
Finance Yahoo Article confirms the 2018 v 2019 thing

If you already filed your 2019 tax return this year (now due July 15), the AGI limits would be based on that return. If you haven't filed yet, then the IRS would look to the 2018 return you filed last year or to information from the Social Security Administration.

I freed up some cash in a sell off on 2/27 when I sat in a doctors office reception area and saw people wearing masks and gloves. I knew the shite would hit the fan in the coming months if folks were already protecting themselves in public even though we didn't even have a virus case in our State at the time.

So someone working making $74,000 will get an additional check....but someone who made $88,000 but lost their job and has zero income now gets nothing?

Get some United & American this week, once this bill gets passed you will see a good jump. I bought some WYNN around 68 within the last week & I expect it to jump nicely when the casino's reopen.

I plan to use it to finish off the decoration and furniture I need for my new house. That will probably eat half my $3900. I’ll save the rest.

Are they using 2019 or 2018?

2018, but what if you've had a kid since then?
Reality is that a good 20-40% of this money will be used simply to facilitate the programs. These new programs will never go away.
