Yahoo
Anyone have any educated guesses as to the "new" evidence being brought forward?
Hope it's substantial enough to free these poor basterds.

Did you read the article?
quote:
Monday's order from the state Court of Appeals comes after Zellner's motion on Jan. 24 claimed a 2011 report shows bone fragments found at the Manitowoc County gravel pit were returned to the Halbach family without the defense being notified. She said the state acted in bad faith and violated Avery's due process rights. "The state, without notifying Mr. Avery and his attorneys during the pendency of Mr. Avery's direct appeal, caused material and potentially exculpatory evidence to be transmitted to the Halbach family for its potential destruction by cremation or burial," Zellner and attorney Steven Richards wrote in the motion.

Something about the remains found in the burn pit and the quarry being given to the Halbachs without allowing the defense to perform DNA analysis.

Zellner had pulled so many compelling things into this case from the second season, there should have been a retrial sooner.

The state is up shite creek. The number of Brady violations coupled with Wisconsin passing new Brady legislation in the last month is going to make this case very interesting. The evidence she has brought forward and story she telling is very compelling.

The blood evidence from her vehicle, plus the lack of any evidence that she was in his room where she was allegedly tortured & raped should have gotten him a new trial.

The Averys are pretty much a family of functioning retards.
The local police obviously set him up duebto the settlement they owed him, but who killed the girl?
Did the police kill the girl?

No way they did it. Damn shame what they've been through if you ask me.

So Avery will get off, while the retarded nephew stays in jail the rest of his life?

The nephew is just trying to watch Wreslemania.

If it was 1998,..I'd have broken out just for it.
..then id hit the ring and make sure Tyson did right. Vince would be forever grateful for the ratings, then I'd smash sunny.

Do you mean the Avery’s?
Posted on 2/27/19 at 10:45 pm to Brummy
No, I believe Brendan’s only real chance of getting out is if Steven Avery gets out.
