Also feel like it's letting them think the cops were wrong but don't fit the Fed law. Instead of saying the shooting was justified

So they reviewed the case not just for civil rights violations, but if any federal law was broken...So why would the state even attempt to pursue charges?

I mean, do they not understand that reaching in your pocket for an illegal firearm when a cop is trying to arrest you is a justifiable reason to get shot by said cop?

IIRC, that lawyer also said that only the video was important. So I wouldn't put too much weight on that statement.

It's just more can kicking. States investegstion will be another long drawn out process to let the controversy breathe and then they'll say they will bring no charges
