Imagine how hard it would be to sell EVs without the massive subsidies paid for by you and me.

You can say that for basically every car. Government Motors took plenty of your money and everyone driving a DOEboost Ford isn't complaining about having that subsidized engine.

At least the #1 Ev subsidy is consumer facing.
