I say let black people paint all white "heroes" as black folks if they require that to have a modicum of self esteem.

Let them keep "proving" how influential they were to the annals of history. Few more years and it's gonna be quite difficult to explain slavery as white oppression. If so influential then that responsibility should taken on should it not? But as typical no forethought is being taken just instant gratification. Woody Harrelson broke down perfectly the simplicity of the black Americans biggest problem in White Men Can't Jump. Truth be told the Africa so beloved doesn't want anything to do with them.

It makes me laugh bc St. Monica (St Augustine’s mother) is usually depicted as white
Unless she took some sub Saharan rendezvous, but her husband was very abusive so I’m sure he won’t be portrayed as black
