Stalekracker was a passenger on the boat that collided with a party barge. Noone went overboard. He lost his phone and broke some bones and damaged his lung. Everyone went back to the boat launch, and the sheriffs met Kracker at their parking spot.
TLDR: Kracker was hurt, lost his phone and charged with no wrongdoing.

Well unless he tapes his videos way beforehand, calling BS on the injury part… not that it really matters, just seems ironic…. But in that Facebook video it said he broke 5 bones (ribs I read) and had injured lung on 7/2, then he posts a video on 7/4 saying Independence day where he’s frog gigging and jumping all around the boat and swamp. 2 weeks later he’s lifting big alligator gar on another video… no way you can do all that with broken ribs or 5 broken bones anywhere

Most YouTubers film way ahead and have a bank of videos. Most of them have their videos edited and scheduled for upload on a given day. With all the traveling he does he'd have to do it that way just to not get behind.

Hit and run. Left the scene of an accident. He drove the truck that pulled the boat out of the water.
Nobody for sure mentioned they both procedure to the boat launch, and then parked and spoke to APSO.
