Ma’am, actually, it is applicable to “fake” accounts too because:
1) you would have to prove they are indeed fake, and you had knowledge of that when you deleted the comment.
2) satire is still protected by the first amendment.
Jay no dude fake accounts of anything are just that - fake. There’s no claim if it’s not real. You’d have to show harm.
