You said my definition is wrong. It's up to you to prove that.

No, I want you to define equity. You seem to know all about it after all. Why can't you define it?

Sorry, didn't mean to interrupt your trolling work. Please proceed.

Agreed. That's also not the definition of equity or what Dr. King talked about.
No it's not, but in practice it is exactly what these "programs are and how they are implemented. Students are not allowed to be disciplined equally and are not allowed to fail and are socially promoted beginning early in life under the guise of equality. These "programs" are seeking to create equality of outcome, which is massively problematic and wholly different from equality of opportunity, which I fully agree should always be present.

Good for you. I'm guessing at some point you received some level of training or education on that.
Actually, I did not hear any of this crap until much later in my career. I started in a district that was completely very low socio-economic and just loved kids and held them accountable to their best and the best teachers in that system did the exact same thing. It ain't rocket surgery.
The emotional ideal of these "concepts" sounds nice and sounds right, but in practice they are not the right things to do and they DO NOT HELP CHILDREN or society.

Guys either trolling or a straight up moron. Nobody can be this dense to what this entire conversation actually entails.

can we officially toss out the false narrative that CRT isn’t being implemented in public schools now?

Bro, it's not CRT. Just like in the same way that generic catsup isn't really Heinz ketchup.

It's a combination of trolling and him thinking he's smarter than everyone by not committing to anything so it gives him wiggle room to try to pretend he's right about everything. It's a pretty classic tactic.

Wow.
Ya know. At home I can sit in the living room in my underwear, drink a beer and watch "Married...With Children" reruns.
Can I do that at school or work?

More and more people are making excuses for ghetto culture. Not black culture, even tho the two are intertwined, but ghetto culture.
10 years ago I thought black culture would stand up and say enough is enough, but instead, our whole society is making excuses now.
Been saying this for years. Blacks embracing thug culture is holding them back, not racism.
All they are doing by embracing thug culture is creating more thugs.

Not true. I was in Seattle a few months ago and saw a black person. Pretty sure he played for the Seahawks, but he was definitely black.

"Equity" is how you end up with inmates running asylums.
Its a subjective proggo soup that could mean anything, the definition will change over time and if you disagree you're definitely a racistaphobe.
"Equity" is equality of outcome, and it is the philosophy of the low IQ and lazy.

Bro, if we just give these minority kids A+'s on their reading tests no matter what, it proves that they know how to read.
This isn't difficult unless you don't believe in the science.
