That first pic is Marrero...
That second pic is more Chalmette

and Jefferson Parish put a stop to red light cameras years ago...

Good point, I think the aspirational thin, white stripe signifies the I-10 better than "the principles of natural liberty and equal justice guiding a limited, transparent government".
