Did she post this on fb or something?

I don't have time to sift this entire thread but I'm just wondering why they felt the need to address this in the media in the first place. Did she post this on fb or something? If not, and it was only turned into teachers and perhaps peers..what was the purpose of making a public statement that has only created negative publicity for this school-especially academically.
evidently the letter was shown to one of her "friends" in class and the "friend" took a picture of it and posted it to social media.
Isn't there laws about cyber attacks such as this?

Hah. Yeah... I know. But I'm actually being kind to St. Michael. They have a purpose here in town, and the school isn't as bad as some like to say. I have two sons. One went to St. Michael, the other went to Catholic. One was smart, but not a high achiever academically. He liked to skip assignments and hated school. He went to SMHS, hated it (as I thought he would), but graduated, and is in college now. The CHS kid was smart, social, and hardworking. He belongs at CHS.
BUT... before each kid went to their destination, I made sure each went to the other school's open houses and saw what each school was all about. That way they wouldn't get the wrong idea about either one. In the end, both chose to go where they ended up. Both said I was right to show them the other side, though. It helped them be certain of their school choice.

Why are you trying to protect and defend this person?
If the tables were turned, you would be calling for expulsion.

I don't think this girl should be expelled, but there has to be some attempt to use this in a way that helps the girl be less of a retard going forward.

Completely ignoring the content of her essay, this girl has absolutely no hope for the future if this is how she writes as a high school junior. She should be given a helmet and taught how to work a fryer. Give her a jump start on the other low-IQ retards that will inevitably end up following her to some industry of deadbeats.
Also, if St. Michael has passed her along, their accreditation needs to be reexamined.

Im not even positive she turned it in to the teacher. But she sent it to friends who sent it to people and within 48 hours every HS kid in BR knew about it to the point that HS principals were having to address it amongst their faculty.

this dumbass severely needs a public school "education."
