Where are you getting this from, man? As an attorney myself, I would basically do exactly what Vinny Gambini does in My Cousin Vinny - "Everything that guy just said is bullshite."
The language would be a little less colorful and a little more artful, but he doesn't have to tippy-toe around that stuff. His client has presented the case facts. He needs to believe his client. He doesn't have to say, "We'll see what the investigation turns up." That's not his job. His job is to present his client's case with the facts his client has given him. It's up to him to turn those case facts into evidence.

If i worked at Best Buy, i'd be leaving at Dusk also. Best Buy has says no, u get injured, they could get the piss sued out of them.

A case fact is something provided to you by your client. You take these as true. Getting them into evidence is your job. To do so, you have to establish foundation and all the good things that go into introducing evidence. There is a difference between the two.
