I'm assuming you are talking about the walking in the street, and if so I disagree. I believe you or bass said it was the same there such that it states to impede the flow of traffic. I'm not sure how much more clear that could get. I'm only going by what was discussed earlier though and have no clue other than that so take it for what it's worth... not much

100% agree

Though, after the anonymous stuff, I'm sure everyone was told to take down not just their social media, but their families as well. If they didn't tell them to do so, well they're just not too bright.
This is what I was referring to, although I surprised this wasn't addressed several days ago when it gathered national attention overnight.

So after I went to bed it appears they broke up the group outside the police station, whom I might add, has been the most peaceful group the past 4 nights. I don't think I have seen one report of any threatening act, or act of violence from them.

If I had to guess I believe he must be talking about the incident that started this whole mess

It is a slum. I live in Baton Rouge, which is mostly a slum. I have lived in Detroit, which is a complete slum. Typical defense of a crappy town is "you haven't seen all of it." My response is, "I have seen enough."
So every city in the US is atleast "mostly a slum" by your standards since they all have an area of lower income

According to eye witnesses a cop executes a unarmed black child for not walking on the sideway. The police are going out of their way to defend this. Still hasn't released his name, won't release the autopsy and the family only recently got the body back. There a media blackout in the city. The police are using military grade weapons out here, against peaceful protesters. Violating human rights, arresting reporters, telling people to turn their cameras off when they are pointing guns at them. When it does hit the media, they're showing the looters not covering yet another black child dying. Did I mention the police at 93% white. That including every major position in city hall. So tell me this isn't racial.

Naw, it just needs to be more clearly defined. Wasn't actually thinking about the walking in the street. It's the charge ultimately used by the cops to arrest the reporters who were merely writing up their stories in the McDonald's and arrest the alderman for either getting in his car or getting out of his car (have heard both stories). They were bullshite charges and everyone knows it. Cops use it to flex their muscle. What's the saying they use? Might avoid the charges but you can't avoid the ride. Something like that anyways.

I gotcha. Yeah I agree. These tactics are BS through and through and I'm glad they are being exposed more than when we saw them during Katrina.

Chicago news covers all the black children dying every night.
But that is from other black people shooting them so I guess that doesn't count.

I think that was the group that French had been part of. On the sidewalk at all times for those worried about the street. At least one additional reporter had been part of that demonstration. What the cops believe they have authority to do is beyond me.
So apparently Ferguson got some advice from some LE department in Georgia about how to handle the situation. What's ironic, listening to the officer from Georgia this morning, is everything he says to do is the opposite of what Ferguson and the County have been doing.

I think the tactics on both sides are wrong.
Maybe the city should give them better basketball courts to end the protest...that is what one state senator said while sitting in the street protesting

I'm listening to eyewitnesses. What the point of posting the picture?
