I'm almost less troubled by the equipment than I am the attitude. The department made that video. Someone from the department put in a Punisher logo and a song which says "Die emmer Effer, die." That's more troubling than the existence of a ridiculous piece of equipment for a town that saw their last murder in 2009.

Ruh Roh... I'd like to know where they got the info from.
Now I don't see how the Chief doesn't come out and release the name whether its to confirm this or give the real name. Dragging this out is just putting other officers in danger.
