the one i saw where it appeared she was on the 2nd floor there was definitely crime scene tape to the left holding people back. She was commenting how they shot him and he was unarmed.

idk that for a fact...could be another video but my guess is the cop putting the sheet over the guy wasn't the shooter.

If the cop putting the sheet over the guy was the shooter, wouldn't that be a breech of protocol? Once he kills someone, isn't he supposed to leave the scene as is to be investigated by others?

the picture from last night had only 2 cops standing over him, and nobody else around. I would figure that would be the earliest one since a later picture would have a whole lot more people around including other cops, investigators, and the coroner.

can you show the pic? the video i saw was when they put the sheet over him...very beginning showed the people behind crime scene tape. I am guessing that video had to start a few minutes after the shooting

Oh I think there are plenty who have made it about race. I think the Brown's have made it about race by bringing in Sharpton and Crump and allowing every other organization listed on their "demands" to be on there. I can only speak for me personally, it is about police abusing power period.

It's tough for it to be analogous to that situation. If you'll remember, the shooting took place and Zimmerman was immediately interviewed and then released with no charges as the DA felt it was self-defense. It wasn't until 6 weeks later that he was charged after pressure was put on the PD. So, I think his name was out there, at least to the family of Trayvon and his lawyers, from very early. (In fact, I think his name played a part in the push for prosecution, but that's me.)

Would bet you're right. The witness, I believe, has now said it was a white male. The police circles (at other departments) had rumors that it was a black officer, but I'm guessing no.
