Yeah, there were more businesses damaged than were reported. No one had the wok place damaged, but today we got photos of it boarded up.

At that point, they were on private property. Not causing harm. Not brandishing weapons from what I could see.
I think the "shoot that m'f-er" May have been provoking. As in "my hands are up. Go ahead. Shoot me."
These aren't exactly eloquent folk here.
And if they looted and destroyed things, arrest them. Have proof.
But until they committed an actual crime in that situation, I have to side with them. They weren't breaking any laws that I could see.

Yeah, was listening to st charles scanner, poor guy got busted for minimal shite and he had a whole list of shite on his record and a suspended liscense. oooops. He going down and car towed.
