if beating up teens is what makes you a man, yes me and my dad are not real men

ETA: also you said 21 doesn't make you a grown man. So geez, what would you consider a 15 year old then?????

I’ll add a few more details as I have been informed.

The 15 year old was not “beat up” but did sustain a sprained knee in some sort of interaction.

The 17 year old was the main instigator and , as he said in his statement to the media, challenged the 19 year old to a fight.

There was a group of 10 or more black males at this incident and once the escalation over stolen alcohol began things went to hell quick.

The 25 year old tackled the guy that threatened gun violence.

The 21 year old allegedly used a crown royal bottle to hit the 17 year old while he was already being beaten by the 19 year old.

Statements are still being gathered but word is the investigating detectives are aware of these facts and the media needs to be careful at this point how they choose to cover this story.

Bouree, let's be civil here, the only way you think you are capable of stopping teenagers from stealing your beer is by involving yourself in a way in which lands you in jail? You don't think being a man would be manhandling the punks, being physical and strong enough to do so without beating them, and having their asses arrested instead of you getting arrested?

Also, you are mixing two stories. The black teens said he asked "do you wanna fight" after he was surrounded by white people.

The poster in here said it started by the black kids stealing beer

You are combining two stories to say the black kid stole beer while asking do you wanna fight.....

Yep. And everyone is paying a price...

Just seems it would be much more enjoyable to have the trouble makers arrested, instead of getting yourself arrested

I know you agree so I'm not talking directly to you

Things escalate quickly if some did indeed threaten to pull a gun.

I have seen that first hand. Dude got destroyed by 3 guys.

If a gun was threatened on me, there would be no fight. There would be a dead person. I conceal carry

At this point, considering fat Hitler was arrested, the cops do not think the black had a gun or threatened so. We will see what develops

Serving justice to thieves makes me feel like a man, especially if the thief challenges me to a fight after taking my stuff (which you conveniently ignore). Why do you defend thieves taking other people's stuff?

A 15 year old? Once you get out of childhood, age is just a number. If a 15 year old commits a crime, can they be charged as an adult?

We both know the answer so I won't wait for a response. You see, even the justice system understands that if you make an adult decisions you will be held accountable as an adult. Both sides made a decision that night and both sides will face the consequences for those decisions, if necessary.

That is the exact story I was told as well. One of the ones involved is family and hope everything turns out for the best for him. He has a great job and has a lot to lose over this incident.

FTR, using the bottle to hit the kid over the head is absolute chicken shite.

yep. The lesson here is you have to always know who you are surrounding yourself with. 99.9% of he time these situations are handled by never getting around them.

And let's be clear.

There is no real evidence or proof that beer was being stolen.

Nothing has been proven in any way, shape or form.

Just relaying what I have been told and what the detectives are aware of at this point.

We have no evidence besides the black kids story, and a friend of one of the white mens story

The truth likely is somewhere in between

My major concern was the narrative that was being created in the media.

That is extremely dangerous to report stories from one side.

Keep in mind that version was being taken as the truth.

A 17 year old black male is a kid while a 21 year old white male is a man? Can you be anymore biased? Either you don't have an extensive vocabulary outside "kid" and "man" or you are being intentionally disingenuous. I'm betting both.

The story from the back side came from the 15 year old and 17 year old. Actually it came from their mothers, because you know, they are kids( one can't legally drive and one can't legally vote)

They are kids by every definition

A 21 year old is a man by every definition ( he can legally drive, vote, smoke, and drink)

That is not any bias
