I'm all for shutting down these asian parlors. St George is to be a more upscale version of Baton Rouge. These places must close in order for a higher class of massage and bath houses can be opened for business. It's time for out with the old and in with the new. A higher class of masseuses and services is the new standard for St George.

The irony of this is that with everything going on in the country right now, shutting down Asian massage parlors in St. George, LA is a priority for the FBI.

Massage Parlor by the old Callandros supermarket apparently is legit. No bust.

Get rid of the illegals! Those (hand)jobs should be held by American women.

Deputies need a little more time to make their case. They just need to be pulled along more slowly.

I was led to believe St George was an upper middle class island in the middle of a sea of trashiness.

It is. I’m sure you can find another whack shack to patronize.

Never been to one but why is this even a crime if both parties are ok with it? Don’t we have bigger issues than this?

I think your answer lies here:

According to officials, the coordinated crackdown targets illegal activities often linked to unlicensed massage parlors, including prostitution, human trafficking, and money laundering.

Now THAT is something that should be handled.

I have always thought whole massage parlor rub and tug thing was an urban myth. There are several massage parlors near where I live and I’m pretty sure all you can get is a massage.

Amazed how many of these were within a mile or two of my house. I live in a decent area. I guess it is the upper-middles that are needing to step out for some nookie-nookie.

Lol...no it is a very real thing. I actually booked what I thought was a "real" massage at place literally in the middle of everything in BR in a strip mall and it turned out to be a rub and tug. I was actually pissed b/c my neck and back needed a good massage and the massage part was terrible. I thought it was a bit strange that they had surveillance monitors of the outside of the business and hallways in the room where I was getting a massage....lol When she told me to turn over and grabbed my junk...I was out of there.
