The drunk chick was at the gas station and I think the car jacking was at Pelican Donuts but close enough.

There is a "sober living" house that faces tiger bend, past woodlawn on the other side of the street.
These lowlifes are constantly out on their porch, drinking and smoking. Always looking drunk or high.
I wouldn't doubt it if it were one of these crackheads on foot who decided to steal a car.
