How's the service? I'm really getting tired of the AT&T BS......BTW, I live near BR.

I had them back in 2008. Slow internet and spotty coverage in AP. I'm sure they have improved since then though.
Customer service SUCKED

For the most part it's good. Especially near larger metro areas. The pricing can't be beat by a major carrier.

It's terrible in BR. Trust me, Sprint is not the way to go. I hear Verizon is fantastic.
ETA: it was terrible in BR a couple of years ago; they might have upgraded their service since then.

Best service out of anyone between Atlanta and Augusta. Not sure this helps you though.

It has improved considerably over the last year.
I've been with them for nearly 8 years. Is it as good as Verizon or even AT&T? Verizon, no. AT&T, depends.
I never lose cell phone service. I can almost always make or receive a phone call. Data is where you may have an issue a time or two. Why? 3G will pick up when your in a weak coverage area or inside a big building, i.e. mall (again, only if signal is weak).
I pay $100.00 a month for 2 phones. Unlimited everything. This is a hard deal to beat. And if you buy a Google Pixel phone, your reception will likely be better than a comparable phone, such as the Apple iPhone, due its glass backing near the antenna.
Try them out. You'll have 14 days (double check me) to see if it works for you. If it does, great. If it doesn't, try another carrier.

I never have service problems despite terrible reviews.
There are some places where my LTE is spotty, but I really don't have any complains. Been with them for 3 years now and use my service primarily in Baton Rouge and Biloxi.

I use to travel extensively (every week). Never had a issue in metro areas of Texas, as well as even the more rural areas when I had to drive to them (Abilene, San Angelo, Odessa, etc.)
Baton Rouge, no issues whatsoever except for an occasional weak signal when inside a larger building.
Sprint absolutely deserves its horrible reputation, because they used to suck. Today, not so much. Tremendous pricing and improving cell service as well as customer service.
Note, I rarely have to call into CS, because I can't get any overages on my bill. It's nice to know what my bill will be every single month.

I've had them for over 10 years and have never had day to day issues. The only time I have problems is in high crowd enviorments. i.e. Saints /LSU games.

It may be. I have an iphone 6 and use sprint and can't transfer to Verizon without buying a new phone

I'm in NOLA. Had Sprint for a few years and got rid of them about 5-6 months ago and switched to AT&T. I've found AT&T service to be much more consistent than Sprint. Call quality is about even, but Sprint internet was always spotty with speed. Blazing fast in one part of NOLA and slow as dirt a mile away. Found AT&T to be much more consistently fast...and I had much better service during hunting season in St Francisville area this year with AT&T than I had during previous years with Sprint

They won't be able to reply until they are back in wifi range.

Depends on ur area/state/city
We were with a company that had all of Illinois, down to Missouri. But they got bought out by Sprint, and now that sprint has settled some money shite, they bought all of the towers the other company had, so were getting really good service now.
But with just the Sprint network, it was not great, not bad, but should of been much better.
Now, with those towers back in play, it's all good.

I guess it matters where you live. I live on the outskirts of a small town (pop4K) in GA and it is awesome here.

I am about to switch and bringing my sprint phone. double check.
Sprint LTE coverage around bluebonnet is bad. laplace is usually 3g. St. Francisville area is a deadzone.
Having unlimited data is great, but when you cant use it whats the point?

I'm switching soon. Don't like it.
