2022 w/10k.
Engine has been solid.
2 batteries under warranty and multiple electrical issues associated with infotainment center.

I will probably consider the Sienna- but Toyota sales experience was the reason I didnt buy it.
I realize why now, more than ever, transitioning teachers are being more common.

I was on a similar career path with those problems. I transitioned out. No regrets.

I have the same regrets still about all the time I wasted in my past.

My saving grace has been the Fair Life Nutrition protein shakes premixed in chocolate flavor.

If I have a craving- thats what I go grab as a substitute for a bag of chips, chocolate candy, boredom eating etc.

Also had mine hit break in during IDA. no issue like that.

I did run it and check the level before the storm. was your oil level possibly high by chance ?
I am on my second POE system with Reolink due to buying a new home. No complaints.

Running the wires was not enjoyable, but once the pathways are up-its simple.

I also supplement it with a couple Ring spotlight cameras and doorbell.
I ended up just paying for the unlimited data plan and not worrying about it anymore.

Tv is on the majority of the day with YTTV or Disney +. I average about 45-50 GBS/day with more on the weekends.
we drove by a small lot on metairie road they listed for $759,000 ...... an empty lot......
We just bought in metairie as well. Brand new houses go for $200 sq/ft. (old metairie will be higher of course).

The houses we looked at in your segment averaged 140-160 depending on condition/location.

I just sold mine in 2.5 weeks. Had lots of activity with no offers. Dropped the price and had 2 offers in a week.

We went through the same issue. double digit showings and zero offers.

dropped the price 10k. 2 offers within days.

June is supposed to make up for a really bad april in real estate.

@quintus Chat with there support. They should be able to help.

Good idea working on it now, rather than right before an exam.

Has anyone received honor society invites?
I see the information on the MBA resource center, but nothing in my email.

@bkkhan I enjoyed Meeks. It was a lot of writing, but not difficult. 8 hrs a week on average , including groupwork.

Thanks to everyone in this thread for contributing.

I just finished my last class and this thread helped me navigate the program.

Damn trolls. I’m in MKT with Khan currently, I find it pretty silly and unorthodox for a professor to have you read chapters from a marketing text and then distribute his own “opinion” of it that completely contradicts the material in the text....never seen this type of $hit. It’s like he writes his own version but completely changes concepts and definitions.

Pretty frustrating class overall for sure.

I also wrapped up FIN 701 with Choi. I didnt mind his teaching style at all.
Workload was decent if you kept up. everyday I would do about 1-2 hrs of review and a bit more on the weekends.

Tests were very fair. He did throw 4 step advanced level math problems at you. He also answers emails or forum posts very quickly.

I'm tentatively signed up for Process Improvement ISDS 720 with Loughrin along with MKT 701 Khan.

Any insights into a different elective? I am finishing isds 730 with him and it was a significant workload as a group for sure.

IMO Yin's ACCT 701 is very manageable with another class. Now I have to decide about pairing marketing 701 with Khan. Nothing's ever easy lol.

I believe the general consensus with MKT 701 is to take M. Darrat.

Tomorrow is Lin's first ISDS 705 exam of the term. I'm extremely nervous. Thoughts? Advice?

The Organizational Characteristics article was information overload.

Look back in this thread for prior advice. basically focus on the "definitions" not understanding the content per se.
