I’m hearing more and more radio ads and segments on sports betting. With it being legal now in Mississippi it makes sense. My question is, are people in Louisiana driving to Mississippi each week? Betting through private bookies? Or doing so online somewhere? I want to get into it but driving to Biloxi each weekend isn’t feasible.

I hope this is the right place to ask. I apologize if wrong board.

Stick to big parlays and huge longshots, that’s how you turn a little into a lot.

Someone who really studies CFB can easily pick winners above 52% pretty much every year. 52% or less you will finish in the red.

I drive to Biloxi once or twice a month and place bets. Mississippi residents with verified addresses/drivers license can bet online with the Mississippi casinos.

Short of that, I know people who bet online with offshore websites or with private bookies.

Yes. Its great. Bet 25 on Astros to win word series and 25 on Saints to win Super Bowl. Now, I care about the games because I have an interest.

I was over there a couple of weeks ago and placed some bets. I was talking to the cashier and she said on Saturdays there was an hour wait to make a bet
