Breeze, frontier and southwest are all terrible out of MSY. Just terrible. Breeze and frontier because they are half-arse operations and SWA because of…everything (trashy people, planes, boarding, etc).
Spirit on the other hand has always been nice and hassle free, for me. No idea how spirit makes any money (bankruptcy proceedings seem to indicate they don’t) but I’ll be sad if they disappear

i fly quite often for work, either southwest or united. southwests preboard is a friggin joke. ive seen 30-40 people get on before me with boarding pass a1. usually one gramma in a wheelchair with an entourage of 8 or normal looking people who just claim disability. and yes, its usually them boo boo. at least status counts on united
flying sw to orlando monday which means disney which means i put the over/under of ((((disabled)))) preboards at 27

This kinda makes me sad because since I'll never fly Spirit, I think I'd get more enjoyment from the videos if people were dressed progressively worse.

I saw a fight one time. A guy brought chicken wings on the plane. He was making a mess of them. A larger guy sitting next to him buct also being on the middle row and him started arguing and somehow chicken wing bones flew everywhere.
Also on another flight a woman started screaming the plane was going to crash and flipping out.
But that doesn't bother me as much as the long credit card sales pitch they do towards the end of every flight.
