A hippo might not be a man eater but they kill more people per year than probably everything on that list.
True, hippos and rhinos can kick arse, but they aren't predators so they don't count.

I would never get into the pen. I would get a jeep, drive out to the safari, and sniper his stupid arse from my air conditioned vehicle.

I would apex all over that lions arse

who can prove their #1 apex status, we would have the lion, tiger, orca, and whoever else wiped out in a week.

You gotta admit, if this had happened 200 or so years ago, that wouldn't be the case. Humans are by far the apex now, but it's a recent development

In 1816, we would have alpha apexed their arse too

Apex Predators

1. Orca

3. Great White Shark

I thought the definition of an "apex predator" was one that had no natural predators of its own. If so, great white sharks don't belong on the list because orcas do hunt, kill and eat great whites.

Even though a woman in this video calls orca vs. great white "apex predator vs. apex predator"

Why are you dropping us into a pen? Drop us into a fire pit with a rope ladder instead. Adding qualifiers is dumb

So is saying humans are apex WITH guns... there is your qualifier

Whenever guns were made to be reliable is when the scales tipped decidedly in our favor

I would even argue that it wasn't until repeating arms were made that the scales tipped

It isnt a qualifier. Being apex means you can destroy the other animal more often than they can you, period. The tiger has every right to get the gun, or run me over with a tank, or set my house on fire etc etc

Well before then for land animals. Our ability to breed and stay close in tribes tipped the scales before guns.

Well now we're going to another arguement. Is it single combat or group? Group of grizzlies would frick up a tribe

100% agree.

A human, in the wilderness, with a gun, is still NOT at the top of the food chain. That ecosystem's natural apex predators are still in control.

We whoop that arse

We had the unique ability to think, colonize, work with one another, that made us the worlds ultimate badass.

Now people in here have this liberal human guilt bullshite, and want to take away the "human privilege."

Its crap.
