FL is a desirable state. Central FL is not.

Save your money. Maybe you can fund your own study that suggests Louisiana is a desirable place to live.

People travel all over the world to go to New Orleans yeah but not the rest of the state. The only reason people know about anything else is because of those awful tv shows

West Memphis does make the rest of Arkansas look appealing by comparison.

Arkansas may be a dumpy state, but West Memphis is really that bad.
