I never said land owners are getting rich leasing land, read the post above. Renting land as an investment, is average at best, on returns.

Do they have to be a full time resident or can they just be a land owner? If it’s just a land owner then I know who it is.

If it’s just a land owner who doesn’t have to be a permanent resident then it’s Bill Gates. He owns over 50,000 acres in Tensas and Franklin Parrish.
