This Baton Rouge Police officer needs to be fired. In 2021 after George Floyd it makes no sense that any officer choke a human being. It’s shameful and shows a lack of control.
I’ve reached out to Mayor Broome about this issue and she has informed me she is addressing it.
Gravy never lets a good police controversy go to waste. Maybe the kid shouldn’t have resisted. Good job cops I’m sorry mayor broome rhrough you under the bus.

The mayor wants a safe and unified Baton Rouge then she should tell her supporters to stop acting like thugs. I’m moving to st. George next Monday I can’t wait

Apparently this all started because the officer smelled weed. If that’s really the case. It’s weed. Why even bother with the situation? Tell them to go in their house and get out of the street.

Police enforce laws that are on the books. Change the legislation, but for now, the law is the law.

Not sure how many are in IA, but there are 8 homicide detectives as of today (not including supervisors).

Lol not at all. Im not a smoker but I do think it needs to be changed and probably will be on a federal level. This state needs all the money it can get and the tax benefits will be great. I’ve seen plenty of officers let stuff like that go because they understand it’s not worth it. Who knows if that’s even the reason why this started. That short clip doesn’t show what happened first.
Once the kid starts resisting he’s fricked. Go ahead and assume I’m going to defend the kids actions though lol
