I have a buddy who doesn't believe in the death penalty. I've always questioned his stance on the issue. He believes that no one should die and that rehabilitation works. I've always told him that unfortunately there are people out there that are just born evil and that you can't fix pure evil. All three of these kids deserve to die in the same matter they put this little boy through. I also believe that all of the parents of the kids that did this should be psychiatriclly evaluated and charges be bought against them.

OP needs to update the thread topic with the link Alatiger posted. Wasn't a sick intentional attack. The kids were burning a shed in a vacant lot, another kid got more gas to pour on it and the canister caught fire, the boy panicked and threw the canister where gas splashed onto the victim and ignited him.
Extremely unfortunate event, but wasn't a malicious attack.

The parents of the kids responsible for this should be sent to prison for doing such an obviously terrible job. The kids themselves should be sent to juvenile until they're 18 and reevaluated to see if further incarceration is necessary.
