What a joke! Dempsey Doodle was more outraged when Joel Robert made a statement about Bill Roux than when this clown of a councilman berated and insulted parish citizens.
"Show some respect" Dempsey cautioned Robert while Robert had the floor and was speaking. But Dempsey barely could be heard when pecan-head Orgeron went on his temper tantrum. Does he know what the gavel is for when he is supposedly the chairman of the committee?
The recall apparently has some validity to it and the targeted A-hole politicians are coming unglued.

Ascension parish has been overdeveloped with a lack of watershed management for the last 20 years.
Recently voted parish president is also a life long surveyor who has worked hard at stopping development and improving drainage.
Several parish council members receive donations from developers in their election campaigns.
With public support the PP and enough council members get a moratorium on new developments for 9 months (they wanted a year).
Drainage committee is most of the council members. They voted in June to terminate the contract with the PP and hire a parish retiree who was on the payroll in charge of drainage for 20 years. Said retiree started an LLC the day before the vote.
* My suspicion is the developers are calling for the council to install "their guy", who through his contract cannot be held at fault for any decisions, to "assess" certain proposed developments as a non issue to impact flooding.
The public outcry to not vote out the PP was immense. The council went forward against overwhelming support for the PP.
This has led to recall campaigns against the board members and some public humiliation, most notably by the "Ascension parish dept of memes" who regularly roasts Orgeron (potato head), Lawler, and Casso.
Orgeron can't stand it and is feeling the heat.
