Spanish Town Advice

Where is the best place to watch Spanish town? This will be me and my friends first time going and where is the place where college aged people watch the parade? We have no idea what we are doing. Going to NOLA on Sunday and Tuesday as well before someone makes the comment “head east on I-10” lol

Near the Spanish Town Market is always pretty busy and a lot of the houses right by there have open parties. Otherwise I'd say near the bars is where most young people will be.
