Ian Stobber looks precisely what should come to mind for a low-T, soy sucking manlet.

That data does not control for desirable living areas so it's pointless dude

Ya. I think I'm observing this too. I'm still going to wait another year or so before I consider a home buying move

Soy boy picked a very odd pen name. Wonder what his real name is.

I got a paragraph in. The author was obviously bullied, and is projecting his fears upon the population.
"Teased by a mediocre mechanic"

They could have used population density or something. Idk.

I live in a nice area in a fairly nice town, it's not San Fran or Nashville, but it's always had a solid demand for houses. My home is worth 40% more now than it was when I bought it 20 years ago. If you factor inflation into the equation, it is actually worth LESS now than it was when purchased and that doesn't factor in maintenance and repairs. Rent during the same time would have been about the same as the interest and taxes in my mortgage pmt. The house is almost paid off. Had I rented during those 20 years I would have had no more to invest and I wouldn't have any equity. Basically, someone in their 20s could buy my house right now for less real dollars than I paid 20 years ago. I seriously don't get the bitching and moaning from the young today. You don't have it that bad, and outside of a few areas, real estate has not been on some crazy tear the last 15 years. It's also not the first time real estate in hot markets has become insanely overpriced.

where do you get the stuff to cook?
2. Fighting should be replaced by meditation ...eh, at the very least confined to one one one fist fights.
3. Repairing your car should be replaced by coding , how do you get to the office to code when the car breaks?
4. Fixing things at home should be replaced by decorating how do you decorate when the lights don't work?
5. Being a leader should be replaced by collaborating .. fair enough
6. Being a disciplinarian (parent) should be replaced by communicating w your kids or both. have to have consequences.
7. Holding your emotions in should be replaced by talking about your feelings ... again, can have both.

Personally I believe a man should learn to do as many things as possible. You should be able to hunt. Fix appliances, fix cars, understand computers, Cook, etc.
No useful skill should ever be forgotten

It’s always a first pass like this that sounds so outrageous but after it goes mainstream it will be a “fact” by the left including politicians. Think of the 1st time you heard the term white privilege. It was outlandish - now we are defending ourselves from the stupidity.
