How long before the COA creates an in house counsel position for her? She will double her salary on our tax dollars. Kicker is we the taxpayers have zero control to stop Detarsha from doing it. Think about that. Millions of our tax dollars going to the COA and the taxpayers, mayor and council have no oversight control.
