The lakefront floods like once every year. Floods really bad once every five years. That's why most of the houses are raised or on one of the ridges.

Still nothing but wind in Metairie. Not too exciting. I have a test tomorrow, so I was hoping it was gonna dump arse and they'd close school

Palm Lake subdivision in Slidell. This is strictly from the winds pushing water into this neighborhood.
