ALL Democrat politicians from top to bottom are working together to keep this shutdown going on for as long as they possibly can. these are truly evil, demonic people.

Check Craigslist they should have an underground league in Chi-town where all the college scouts will be.

I taught Jaxxson how to throw a slider before the last World Series. He’s only 12 but our coach told me that nowadays it’s better to get Tommy John surgery out of the way before high school. That ring he got was worth it!

Well, there goes little Jaxson's major league career. I hope he know how to change oil.

As parents you should use this adversity as a teachable moment to illustrate to your children what government overreach is and the importance of individual liberty.
You’d do well to spend some time with a Hillsdale college review of the US constitution and our (fading) democracy since they can’t play ball. The courses are free and well worth the time.

Across the pond in Michigan. Besides a travel ball USSSA league (which is just pushed back), 100% travel and we’re still kicking in to gear on June 1. Will modify and play all out of state if we have to. First tournaments are Missouri and Indiana anyway, so we should be safe there.

OP if I were in your shoes I would be weighing my best options to play in neighboring states... I know Missouri is already hosting tournaments and Tennessee won't be far behind. Reach out to parents in your county who's kids are dedicated to work at home since your practice options are going to be limited (small groups of 2-3 is something I have seen people do around here.) Winning tournament games at this age means very little and it would be worth it to me to spend a few hundred dollars just to see the smile on my kids face. Don't let the government overlords dictate your families happiness. Kids should be playing ball this summer, they need it more than ever.

One day your sons will reference this thread in their Cooperstown speeches. (sob)

Quite simple. You need to use this experience as a learning lesson for life. Quite being a pussy for your kid and man up.
Life isn’t perfect. Have to teach him to keep on working hard to get better.
