Sonic sold to Arby's parent for $2.3 billion
Inspire Brands, which owns Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings and Rusty Tacos, has purchased the drive-in burger chain Sonic for $2.3 billion.
Sonic couldn't have picked a better culinary disaster to be purchased by than Inspire Brands.
