It occurs every time the First falls on a Saturday, which occurs about once every 6 years.

We live in the only state that ends in “A”.

It will happen again in Dec of 2029, and Dec 2023 will have 5 fridays, 5 Saturdays, and 5 Sundays which is better

This is wrong. Just think about it.

A) Each year starts with 1 of 7 different week days. And days would be arranged the same for each year starting on the same day, except

B) For leap years which occur every 4 years that disrupt that.

So, it comes down to 11 years max.

You can use the 2007 calendar for a 2018 calendar.

And this is true for many other years in the last century as well: LINK

The fact this year's calendar can be substituted for all those other years in the link shows the guy cannot be right.
