I go very long periods of time without taking a piss a lot of days and about a year ago got a UTI. Doc said it was rare in men, but if you don't piss all day then you'll eventually get one.

What you posted is when they're bigger. A lot of times if they're small enough you don't even know you passed one. But even tiny ones can frick you up when they're still in your kidney. You'll pee brown and can feel like you have the flu.

Go see a doctor. Could be STD, kidney stones, UTI or several other things, nearly all easily fixed.

If you have taken a bath or been swimming it is likely a urinary tract infection.
Go to the store put the biggest bottle of cranberry juice and drink the whole thing, if it still bothering you in 24 hours, go see a real doctor.
