Someone organized a botox bus to come through our neighborhood

Seriously, freaking mobile botox injections. Trashy, retarded, you name it. I've been in this neighborhood for 6 months and I'm hating it. I've never met so many fake, pretentious, people in my life.
Are there really that many people who get botox injections? I know people do it, but never realized it was quite that many to setup a bus going around through neighborhoods doing it.

I find it sad myself. I don't want to be surrounded by people like that. However, my options are slim. Live around botox injecting retards, or move somewhere else and get robbed.
I'd much prefer to be out in the country with no neighbors, but it's not conducive for mine or my wifes jobs.
