Off the record, yes. This is real.
Edit: what’s sad is that lady is getting drug through the mud on Facebook and she very well may be telling the truth, as crazy as it may seem.

They probably felt high from the blood sugar from their diabetes. I feel sorry for these people that pay so much for cookies and other junk food
