Seems like a pair of scissors would do the trick.

Seriously though...what's the point of that? Also, this will never be approved by the H.O.A.

Those are some pretty ineffective privacy fences.

Probably just tired of people taking pictures of him while he cuts his grass.

Doubt you could afford it

And yea the only downside to this neighborhood is the yard size, but it more than makes up for it with all the fields, parks, trails, pools, gym, tennis courts, etc.

Just be on the look out for a white car with a white girl and black man taking pics of you while you mow.

Congrats on living in what is essentially an apartment complex.

Do you have any idea how much the housing market here in CO has skyrocketed? I didn't even mean my comment as a slight. Hell, we built our house in 2020 and if I tried to build the exact same house on the same lot in 2021 it'd cost me $90K more. It's nuts.

I feel your pain. I live in Boulder. Good luck finding a house for asking price.

How did it get built without anyone saying something then? If true, seems like another downside is shitty neighbors who don't talk to newbies and a half-arse HOA.

Yea we're lucky to have gotten orders to move here and build when we did.

We've lived on military bases for a while now so the living close to other people thing doesn't bother us. It's actually a plus as my kids have a dozen friends within a hundred yards of our front door.

And my neighbors are all good guys so every weekend we smoke meat and play cornhole/spikeball.

I shared this picture because it looks like shite. 90% of the yards in the neighborhood are well done.
