I’ve always thought HOAs were some form of a pyramid scheme.

If the levels are maintained correctly, additional chemicals should not be needed from a sanitation standpoint.

I finally got our board to get rid of our neighborhood pools last year after some of these incidents kept happening. Not to mention the significant safety risks.

Even in these types of showers both of you aren't always under the warm water so you get wet then get cold, etc.
To each their own I guess
