Probably the area around Wright Rd in Nola East. They got some nice houses out in the east but most of it is shite.

Basically Gentilly below Mirabeau.
I actually don't live too too far from there.
Once you get close to the Interstate I assure you though, its not rich blacks.
Sorry there is 2 Rich Blacks. The one I'm looking at is in Gentilly.
I see the NOLA East one.
There are some REALLY nice houses in that neighborhood. Seriously you can get literal mansions for almost nothing. The problem is you live in NOLA East.
